Bill Grasska is the Chief Executive Officer of Ravello Escrow, where he leads one of Southern California’s premier independent escrow companies, overseeing the secure and seamless completion of residential, commercial, and investment real estate transactions. A highly respected leader in real estate finance with more than four decades of industry experience, Bill also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Riviera Financial Partners, delivering tailored, results-driven lending solutions, and leads Aspen Exchange, a specialized firm focused on 1031 exchanges. Together, these organizations provide clients with a fully integrated platform of escrow, lending, financing, and tax-deferred exchange services, reflecting Bill’s commitment to innovation, exceptional service, and excellence throughout every stage of the real estate transaction process.
With more than 40 years of experience in real estate finance, Bill has overseen billions of dollars in residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate transactions. He began his career in 1986 at Glendale Federal Savings & Loan, earning the prestigious Circle Elite designation as one of the top one percent of loan producers nationwide. He later became one of Bank of America’s top-performing loan officers before expanding into mortgage brokerage in 1992 as Vice President of Sales at Trans Capital Mortgage. In 1995, Bill co-founded William Gregory Mortgage and became its Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the company grew into one of Los Angeles’ most successful mortgage lenders, funding more than $50 billion in prime real estate loans.
Licensed by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (formerly the Department of Business Oversight) and the California Bureau of Real Estate as a Real Estate Broker, Bill is also licensed through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System as a Mortgage Loan Originator and maintains strict compliance with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. His extensive expertise across escrow, mortgage banking, lending, and real estate finance, combined with decades of executive leadership, has made him a trusted resource for clients, investors, real estate professionals, and business partners seeking strategic guidance and confidence in even the most complex real estate transactions.
